Input Queue:  Needs to exist, end with \ and not be used for anything else.  
              This is where incoming SMTP traffic is cached as it is received.
Ouput Queue:  Needs to exist, end with \ 
              This is where we move the e-mail after we have completely received it.
Listen Port:  This should always be 25.  Only change this if you are trying to get
              around issues where port 25 is blocked -- no other SMTP server will
              be able to access your SMTP server if this is not port 25.
PC Name:      What do we call ourself when others connect to us?  If not specified
              we use the PC NET (Found under Windows Network settings.)
Extension:    Input Queue names files with a .txt extension by default.  When the
              file is moved to Output Queue, the extension changes to this.  
              THIS FEATURE IS NOT YET ACTIVE.
SPAM
Only the RBL (Real Time Blacklist) is active.  The other settings are still being
programmed in.
